How do I install the plugin?
Download the installer from your account and run it. On Windows, the VST3 goes into C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 (the Mac version is coming soon). Windows may show “Windows protected your PC”: click More info, then Run anyway.
My DAW doesn't see the plugin
FL Studio: Options › Manage plugins › Find more plugins. Ableton Live: Preferences › Plug-ins, turn on Use VST3 Plug-In System Folders, then Rescan. The plugin is listed under GothDSP.
How do I activate my licence?
In the plugin, click LICENCE at the top right, paste the key copied from your account, then activate. Activation needs an internet connection.
I'm switching computers
Deactivate the old one from the plugin (Licence menu) or from your account, in the Computers section, then activate the licence on the new one.
“Licence locked to another connection”
The licence is tied to the internet connection used for its first activation. If you've changed your router or network, reset the lock from your account (3 times a month), then activate again.
The sound cuts out every 45 seconds
That's demo mode: no valid licence is active on this computer. Activate your licence, or start the free 4-day trial from your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account, with the “Manage my subscription” button. The licence stays active until the end of the paid period.
I forgot my password
Use Forgot password: you'll get a link valid for one hour.
Latency and audio settings
Pick a buffer of 64 to 128 samples in your DAW, with your audio interface's ASIO driver on Windows. Turn on monitoring for the track (“In” in Ableton, armed mixer track in FL Studio).
