END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

1. LICENCE

GothDSP grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the software (VST3 plugin, standalone application, factory presets) according to the offer purchased: subscription, lifetime licence or free trial. The software remains the property of GothDSP: it is licensed to you, not sold.

2. ACTIVATION

The software is activated with a licence key linked to your GothDSP account. A licence works on the number of computers provided for by your offer (only one by default) and, depending on the configuration, from a single internet connection. The software regularly contacts the licence server (at least once every 14 days for a subscription or a trial, every 30 days for a lifetime licence). You can deactivate a computer from the plugin or your account in order to activate another one.

3. FREE TRIAL

The free trial lasts 4 days. It is limited to a single trial per plugin, per account and per computer. At the end of the trial, the software returns to demo mode.

4. DEMO MODE

Without a valid licence, the software runs in demo mode: the sound is briefly muted at regular intervals.

5. RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to:

- share, resell, rent or publish your licence key or the software;

- circumvent, disable or modify the licensing system;

- decompile, disassemble or modify the software, except where permitted by law;

- use the software to create a competing product.

Any breach results in the immediate revocation of the licence, without refund.

6. YOUR SOUND BELONGS TO YOU

The recordings, tracks and presets you create with the software belong to you. You may use, publish and sell them freely, royalty-free. The presets you publish in the GothDSP community may be copied by other members.

7. UPDATES

Updates are included for the duration of your subscription, and for the major version purchased in the case of a lifetime licence.

8. DATA

To check the licence, the software sends the GothDSP server an anonymous identifier of the computer, its name, the software version and the IP address of the connection. This data is used solely for licence management and fraud prevention.

9. WARRANTY

The software is provided "as is". GothDSP does not guarantee that it will work without interruption or error in every configuration. Try it before you buy with the free trial.

10. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, GothDSP cannot be held liable for indirect damage (loss of data, projects or income). Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the licence over the last 12 months.

11. TERMINATION

This licence ends if you do not comply with this agreement, at the end of your subscription or in the event of a refund. You must then stop using the software.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by French law. It does not deprive consumers of the rights granted to them by the law of their country of residence.
