Data collected and why

Account: e-mail, name (optional), encrypted password (bcrypt, never in plain text). To manage your account and your licences, and to contact you about them. Legal basis: contract.
Purchases: offers purchased, amounts, Stripe identifiers. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive your bank details. Legal basis: contract and accounting obligations.
Licences: anonymous computer identifier, computer name, plugin version and IP address, sent by the plugin on activation and during checks. To enforce the licence terms and fight fraud. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.
Community: published presets, likes and reports, displayed publicly with your name or the beginning of your e-mail.

Retention period

Account data is kept as long as the account exists, then deleted within 3 years of your last activity. Accounting records are kept for 10 years. The licence security log is kept for 12 months.

Processors

Website hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com)
Database: the chosen PostgreSQL host (Neon, Supabase or equivalent), in the European Union.
Payment: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.
Transactional e-mails: Resend.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, Data Privacy Framework).

Cookies

The website uses only one strictly necessary cookie: the one that keeps your session open. No advertising cookies and no third-party audience measurement, so no consent banner.

Your rights

You can access your data, rectify it, erase it, object to its processing, restrict its use or obtain a copy of it, by writing to support@gothdsp.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
